Museum Studies
Program Overview
Offered by the Faculty of Information, the Master of Museum Studies (MMSt) program brings together leading researchers and practitioners to offer students the theory and professional experience they need to play a leading role in a wide variety of cultural institutions, from museums and galleries to science centres and heritage sites.
The MMSt program is the only English-speaking master’s program of its kind in Canada. The program features an integrated learning approach that links theory with practice.
The Faculty of Information also provides a combined degree program option whereby students may register concurrently in the Master of Information and Master of Museum Studies programs.
